We try to process our orders extra-fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible, so canceling an order after it’s been made isn’t always possible.
It is important to note that an order can only be canceled within 3 days after the order is placed. This is to ensure that the order is withdrawn before shipment and a refund processed on time.
However, we always want to help so please send us an email (with your order number) at Support@dalmory.com and we’ll try our best to get your order canceled for you.
If we’re lucky enough to cancel that in time, we’ll process your refund right away.
Fraudulent Orders | Order Made Mistakenly
If you believe your order was fraudulent or Not placed by you, You should reach out to us first to get the order canceled. If the product has not been shipped out yet, the order will be canceled immediately and a Full Refund will be processed Immediately.
If the order has been shipped and successfully delivered, and You claim that the order was fraudulent, You must contact us to return the items for a Full Refund. If You decide to keep items, then You acknowledge that the order was indeed genuine and NOT fraudulent. In this case, any previous fraudulent complaints will be discarded.
Once an order is DELIVERED, it is completely UNACCEPTABLE to file a chargeback complaint with your Bank Institution without contacting us first for a Full Refund.
An order can only be canceled within 4 days after the order is placed. This is to ensure that the product does not ship out and the customer gets a full refund.
Once an order ships out, the customer will have to wait for the item to be delivered and then return the item back to us for a full refund.
RETURNS ARE VERY EASY ! and we guide you along the return process. WE ALSO COVER THE COST OF RETURN so you have nothing to worry about.
Do You offer “Next Day’’ Delivery?
Not right now, but we’re working on it for our non-custom products for both our US and UK markets.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your item is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a tracking link.
We are aware that tracking isn't working for some of our custom products. If you ordered a custom item and haven't been sent any tracking information 4 working days after ordering, let us know and we will help you out.

I Have Not Received My Order. Now What?
Although we try to choose trackable services for our orders, things don’t always go according to plan. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery time, please get in touch with us via email at Support@dalmory.com
For non-custom products, it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive, so please be patient. We can only consider an order missing one month after shipment confirmation.
